On x London Marathon

During the 2024 London Marathon week, I hosted a community shakeout run and an inspiring Q&A session. The event brought runners together for a shared pre-race experience and meaningful conversations with a brilliant panel featuring GB marathoner Chris Thompson, practitioner and researcher Hennie Lee, and community leader Khosi Hlongwane. It was a celebration of community, expertise, and the power of running.
