I'm someone who’s spent their life chasing goals both on and off the track. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, but they’ve all been tied to one passion: inspiring others to reach their full potential. Running has been at the heart of my journey. From competing at a high level to coaching athletes of all abilities, I’ve experienced firsthand the highs, lows, and lessons sport can teach us. Along the way, I’ve discovered that it’s not just about crossing the finish line; it’s about the journey, the people you meet, and the stories you create.
